Are there hidden fees?


No other fees, nexogy will not nickle-and-dime their customers. We just need to charge the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) mandatory fees and Uncle Sam’s share.




Are there other features that cost extra?


Our phone system is not “a la carte” it includes all features the platform has to offer. However, we can offer add-ons like the omnichannel contact center, CRM integrations, SMS service, Wireless internet backup, analog fax, and virtual fax, for an additional low fee.




Does VoiP really work?


More than 25,000 users can’t be wrong. The reliability of our system is really at par or better than regular land phone systems, at a fraction of the cost.




Is customer service available 24/7?


Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 7:00 pm EST and on-call emergencies are available 24/7.




Does nexogy support international services?


We have several products for our customers with international presence. First, you're able to use your IP phones in any city or country, as long as you have a reliable internet connection. We also offer international DIDs to have a local virtual presence in other countries. With our international partners, we are able to offer internet services in several countries as well.
